LICENSE: GO Hairdressers Club hereby grants to User, a personal, non-transferable license to use the membership in accordance with this Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated herein as if fully set forth, and for no other purpose provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. All components of the membership, is owned by GO Hairdressers Club and/or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of the membership is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of anything contained in the membership to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited.

SECURITY: Each User must keep any GO Hairdressers Club passwords and other secure access information confidential and notify GO Hairdressers Club promptly if User believes that the security of an account has been compromised. GO Hairdressers Club has taken reasonable steps to protect the security of online transactions. HOWEVER, GO Hairdressers Club cannot and does not warrant such security and will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any security breaches.

REMOVAL OF SITES: GO Hairdressers Club cannot and does not screen all content provided on User sites and does not assume any obligation to monitor content. However, user agrees that GO Hairdressers Club may monitor sites and content periodically, and GO Hairdressers Club reserves the right at its sole discretion to remove any site, without notice and with no obligation to refund fees paid, which in its judgment is in violation of this agreement or otherwise is unlawful or harmful to GO Hairdressers Club and/or other users.

CONTENT: User can use websites for business or non-business purposes. However, User may not post, transmit, or market the following: 1) Any material that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful; 2) Any material that violates the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, patents or other property rights of others; 3) Any pornographic, sexually explicit or gambling material or links to similar adult content; 4) Any material that discloses personal private matters about any person without consent; 5) Any material posted anonymously or under a false name. 6) Any material that disparages GO Hairdressers Club, the Membership or other Users

RESPONSIBILITY FOR SITE: Materials included on websites may include inaccuracies, errors, or out-and-out untruths. User agrees that GO Hairdressers Club has no liability or responsibility for any content, including the quality, accuracy, completeness, legality, or usefulness of any information, product, service or process promoted on other websites or on User websites. In no event shall GO Hairdressers Club be liable for any claims or damages of any kind arising from the contents of user's website and user hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold go Hairdressers Club harmless wherefrom. References in User's site to products, services, processes, hypertext links to third parties or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise do not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by GO Hairdressers Club. Product and service information is the sole responsibility of each individual site owner/user. User is solely responsible for compliance with laws governing the offering, sale, licensing, or other marketing and taxation of any products. On occasion, GO Hairdressers Club will undergo routine maintenance or experience unexpected technical problems. GO Hairdressers Club will make a good-faith effort to do maintenance as quickly and conveniently as possible, and to respond to technical problems promptly. GO Hairdressers Club may be required to access User's website from time to time to provide maintenance. GO Hairdressers Club will not in any circumstance be responsible for problems, losses, or damages arising from loss of connectivity; errors in content due to application problems; loss of access by User; or temporary or permanent loss of data.

INDEMNITY: user indemnifies and holds GO Hairdressers Club harmless against all claims made by any third party, and any related damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), arising out of or connected with the user's conduct, the user's website or online store, the goods or services the user offers, or any violation of this agreement by user.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: GO Hairdressers Club makes no warranties, express or implied, related to the membership, products or services supplied hereunder or marketing materials sold, including but not limited to warranties of no infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. GO Hairdressers Club will not be liable to any User for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, such as (but not limited to) loss of profits or business interruption, arising out of or connected to the use of, or inability to use, the Membership and included components and related services, products or marketing materials provided to any User. Parts of the Membership are obtained from third party suppliers such as the Internet access service with is provided by a third party-ISP. GO Hairdressers Club shall not be liable for, and User shall indemnify and hold GO Hairdressers Club harmless from, all liability arising from the failure of any such ISP or other third party supplier to perform. Without limiting the applicability of the foregoing, the total liability of GO Hairdressers Club for any and all damages arising from or connected with this Agreement, the Membership or the services, products or marketing materials provided to any User shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User to GO Hairdressers Club during the 12-month period immediately preceding the initial occurrence of the event causing the damages.
